What types of vehicles are available for car sharing?
Our B2B car sharing fleet covers four vehicle categories tailored to all professional mobility needs. Electric city cars (Renault Zoé, Peugeot e-208, Fiat 500e) are ideal for short urban trips and daily city commutes.
Electric or plug-in hybrid sedans (Tesla Model 3, Peugeot e-308, Renault Mégane E-Tech) are suited for business travel, client meetings and intercity journeys. SUVs and family vehicles (Tesla Model Y, Peugeot e-3008) offer space and versatility for team travel.
Electric or combustion commercial vehicles (Renault Kangoo E-Tech, Peugeot e-Expert) meet logistics and field operations needs. Every vehicle is selected for its reliability, comfort and residual value from our manufacturer partners.
Are the fleet vehicles recent?
All vehicles in our car sharing fleet are less than 3 years old and under 60,000 km. This threshold ensures high reliability, optimal comfort for users and reduced carbon emissions thanks to latest-generation powertrains.
Each vehicle undergoes rigorous preventive and corrective maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, complemented by regular technical inspections and thorough cleaning (interior and exterior) after each usage cycle.
When a vehicle reaches the end of its car sharing lifecycle, it is reconditioned and directed to our second-life program: redeployment with another client, preferential sale to employees, or certified remarketing.
Can we customize the composition of our shared fleet?
Your shared fleet composition is fully customizable based on your mobility needs. During the audit phase, our experts analyze your travel patterns (urban, suburban, long-distance) to recommend the optimal mix of categories (city cars, sedans, SUVs, commercial vehicles) and powertrains (electric, plug-in hybrid, combustion).
You can add optional equipment — child seats, bike racks, GPS, safety kits — and customize vehicles with your company branding through our wrapping service.
Fleet composition evolves over time based on your actual usage data: adding or removing vehicles, changing categories, and gradually transitioning toward 100% electric.
What happens in case of breakdown or accident with a shared vehicle?
In case of breakdown or accident, our support team is available 24/7 to manage the entire incident from start to finish. A replacement vehicle is provided within 24 hours to guarantee service continuity.
Preventive maintenance (servicing, technical inspections, tire changes) and corrective maintenance (repairs following breakdowns or claims) is 100% managed by Mondayshare through our certified partner network (Norauto, Speedy, Feu Vert).
Every vehicle comes with comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance included in the contract, with no excess or administrative burden on your side. The embedded telematics device also enables remote diagnostics and proactive response to technical alerts.
Do electric vehicles come with on-site charging stations?
Yes, Mondayshare installs and manages the complete charging infrastructure on your premises as part of the B2B car sharing service. The process begins with a technical audit of your site's electrical capacity, followed by sizing and installation of charging stations by certified EVSE installers.
Charging stations are remotely managed through our fleet management platform: charge level monitoring for each vehicle, smart scheduling of charging sessions, electricity consumption tracking and preventive maintenance.
The full cost of installation, operation and maintenance is included in your contract, with no upfront investment. We also install network repeaters if needed to ensure reliable connectivity for telematics devices.
