Yes, every vehicle in the Mondayshare fleet benefits from comprehensive all-risk insurance coverage built into the monthly fee, at no additional cost or excess to your company. This insurance covers material damage (collision, theft, vandalism, fire, glass breakage), civil liability and legal protection.

Additionally, 24/7 roadside assistance is included for breakdowns, flat tires and accidents across the entire country.

In the event of a claim, Mondayshare handles all administrative procedures: declaration, assessment, repair tracking and deployment of a replacement vehicle within 24 hours. No action is required from your company or your employees.

How does fleet tire management work?expand_more

Tire management is fully handled by Mondayshare as part of the turnkey car sharing service.

We manage fitting, storage and seasonal replacement of summer and winter tires across the entire fleet through our nationwide network of certified partners (Norauto, Speedy, Feu Vert and other certified centers). Replacements are proactively scheduled based on the seasonal calendar and wear observed during regular inspections. In case of a puncture or unexpected damage, replacement is organized promptly with no service interruption.

The cost of tires, fitting and storage is included in your single monthly invoice, with no surprises or hidden fees.

What happens in case of a shared vehicle breakdown?expand_more

In case of breakdown, the employee contacts our support team — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — directly from the mobile app or by phone. Mondayshare immediately organizes incident response: on-site repair if possible, towing to a certified center if necessary.

A replacement vehicle is provided within 24 hours to ensure your operations continue uninterrupted. The entire incident management process — diagnostics, repair, tracking, billing — is handled by Mondayshare with zero involvement on your part.

The embedded telematics device in each vehicle also enables proactive detection of technical anomalies (critical battery level, engine alerts, tire pressure), significantly reducing breakdown risk through predictive maintenance.
